Four standing 60-minute calls a month cover strategy, sequencing, technical review and deciding what to stop. Team coaching is part of Premium coaching.

About Cory
I'm an AI-first software developer. For more than three years, every line of production code I touch has been written with AI coding agents, including Claude Code and Cursor.
Before that, I spent ten years building across the stack. That background helps me catch incorrect assumptions, bad patterns and regressions in AI-generated code.

- Should I hire you yet?
- Maybe not. Most of what I know is free in the writing and the workflow repository, so start there if you are still defining the problem. Hire me when you have a specific problem and want 1:1 help with it. The work is direct, with no course or community attached.
- What kind of AI work do you help with?
- I map business processes and build n8n workflows and agentic systems. I connect tools through MCP and add evals and monitoring. Then I iterate from real usage.
- How do you help with AI strategy?
- I tie the roadmap to what can ship this quarter. I find the use cases with the most impact and choose the models and tools. I push as hard on what to stop as on what to build.
- Do you build the AI solutions for me?
- Your team builds it. I coach you and your team through the build and pair with you on the technical work. On Premium I also work hands-on in the build. The goal is a team that keeps shipping after the engagement ends.
- How fast can we start?
- One-off calls can usually be scheduled within a week. Monthly and premium retainers start with a short call to confirm the problem and the fit.
